SYDNEY, Australia — The 9th Annual PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards (Australia) celebrated real estate excellence across 46 categories at a black-tie gala held at Shangri-La Sydney.

The 2026 awards recognised 19 winning organisations, bringing together some of Australia’s leading developers, architects and designers across residential, commercial, hospitality and mixed-use developments.

Sterling Global received three major awards, including the coveted Best Luxury Developer title, alongside Best Luxury Developer (Victoria) and Best Apartment Architectural Design for 623 Collins State Bank House.

Adding to the evening’s recognition, Neil Li, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Sterling Global Property Group, was named Real Estate Personality of the Year, an individual honour decided by the editorial team of Property Report Magazine by PropertyGuru.
