HACER Group has been appointed to deliver Cbus Property and Sterling Global’s $170 million Como Terraces project in South Yarra.

Works are now set to commence next month on joint venture residential development at 139 Alexandra Avenue, with the project’s builder now on board and the closure of the on-site display suite imminent.

This will be Cbus Property’s third time working with Hacer Group, following the construction of two other Melbourne developments.

“Having successfully completed Cbus Property’s Holme development in Collingwood to an exceptional standard and currently constructing our prestigious 17 Spring St project in Melbourne’s CBD, we are delighted to appoint Hacer Group on Como Terraces, as we have seen first-hand the team’s ability to deliver on and exceed our high expectations,” said Adrian Pozzo, CEO of Cbus Property.

Como Terraces, located on a 7,900sqm site around 4km south east of the Melbourne CBD, will comprise four two-bedroom residences, 34 three-bedroom residences and one four-bedroom residence spanning eight new low-rise buildings.

“Sterling Global and Cbus Property are excited to be delivering this extraordinary development under the expertise of Hacer Group,” said Neil Li, CEO of Sterling Global.

The residences at the development, which was designed by Carr and will feature landscape architecture by Taylor Cullity Lethlean, will include homes ranging from ground-floor terraces to penthouses.

“Purchasers are recognising the unique opportunity of Como Terraces’ prime South Yarra location and exclusive boutique residential offering, and Hacer Group will add to the appeal of this dynamic joint venture,” said Li.

Como Terraces will include a central landscaped staircase, as well as amenities including a lobby with concierge services, mid-level lounge/lobby space, a private dining room and kitchen, outdoor communal terraces and basement parking.

When announced in May last year, future two- and three-bedroom residences were said to span 130sqm to 323sqm, with apartments starting from $2.3 million.

“We are confident that Hacer Group will complete this high-end product with the utmost attention to detail and finish,” concluded Pozzo.
